This was the first moon that rose after 40 days and 40 nights of rains and ensuing floods in 2006, from our home in Punaluu, Oahu (see Our Story). It was a sign of hope and anticipation of better things to come. The "First Moon" Art can bring the same hope to others when faced with the same or similar situations.
